Our Hire Rates for 2023 (we have had to review our prices due to the increases in utility costs and from May 2023 these are the new rates of hire)
For Clubs & Organisations
Large Hall (inc. kitchen) (Single Booking) £13.00 per hour – (Regular Booking) £11.00 per hour.
Small Hall (inc. bar area & kitchen) (Single Booking) £11.00 per hour – (Regular Booking) £9.00 per hour.
Both Halls (inc. bar area & kitchen) (Single Booking) £19.00 per hour – (Regular Booking) £16.00 per hour.
Whole Community Centre (Excludes the Upton Room) £26.00 per hour
All Day Hire of Whole Community Centre (Excludes Upton Room) £136.00 (max 8 hours) + £19.00 extra per hour
Please note that for ALL Private Hire Bookings, we can only offer the entire Community Centre (excluding the Upton Room), we do not accept bookings of only one room.
Changing Room Storage Cupboards £4.00 per week
Upton Room – We are unable to rent the room currently as St. John Ambulance has booked it for the entire year.
Booking Fee / Deposit on All Bookings A deposit of 20% of the hire fee is required at the time of booking with a signed Hire Agreement
Bar – We do not supply a bar, there is an area suitable for use as a bar, we are able to offer services for the provision of the bar and staffing – this is subject to additional costs and interested parties should speak to the Lettings Officer.
